Nelsy Bork is a tax professional with over 25 years of experience, having a diverse background that includes working as a graphic designer and managing editor in the corporate world. After spending more than a decade in the corporate sector, she made a significant career transition into accounting and taxation, eventually taking over her former tax preparer’s practice in 2015.

 

With in-depth expertise in tax preparation and accounting, Nelsy expanded her career into real estate four years ago. Her motivation stems from a desire to assist clients in understanding the capital gains implications associated with selling their properties. As the Owner and CEO of A Plus Tax & Financial, she is committed to serving her community by offering comprehensive financial services, which also include Notary Public services. 

 

Nelsy holds the title of IRS Certified Agent, providing clients with trusted representation and guidance. A source of immense pride for her is that she works alongside her eldest daughter, Samantha, who Nelsy introduced to the field at a young age. Samantha has since become an IRS Enrolled Agent.

 

Outside of her professional life, Nelsy values quality time with her children, grandchildren, and husband. As someone of Hispanic descent and fluent in Spanish, she is passionate about supporting clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
